Those that know, know... That being in love "Happy Weight" in a relationship is a real thing! Although I've always been a Big Guy, my wife was a size 0 when we met. I started taking her out and feeding her GOOD 😂. We got comfortable going out to eat all the time and we both picked up that extra weight! Although we loved each other at our heaviest, we knew we needed to take control of our health... So we made the decision to change together through THICK and thin! I'm grateful that we did it together. Not for looks, but for health. Because being loved for who you are, not what you look like, is one of life’s greatest blessings. We just knew we needed to be healthier. For us and for our kids! We had to change our mindset first, but meal prepping, working out, fasting, and VSG have all been additional tools that have helped us along our weightloss journey!
