I been writing this one into my journal a bunch lately. Realized I'd need to develop the environment & conditions for myself to do the work I came here to do. Checking my hand computer for random attention, rationalizing too much as research, getting wrapped up in how social I'm supposed to be- These are things that have waned with more time invested towards intentional journaling, physical dynamics, & discernment work. I repeat this advice to myself when I'm scattered, overwhelmed w/ stimula, and feeling like I'm not honoring how precious time and my energy are. Like all Advice To Self, I choose to experience this phrase not as my wrong, but rather, as an opportunity for a more fulfilled me.
