My favorite Holiday candy is hands down Ferrero Rocher chocolates ... I know they’re available year-around but I only eat them at Christmas time at my Grandmas house ❤️ Lucky for me, Stillwater Ranch came through with fresh off the farm Hazelnuts which inspired this Ferrero Rocher Cookie 🐑🍪 Holy smokes, you gotta try! I took the regular chocolate chip cookie dough recipe minus the salt and chocolate chips, plus dark brown sugar... Chopped the Hazelnuts into tiny pieces, rolled cookie dough balls in hazelnuts with a dash of flaky sea salt ... back in the refrigerator for an hour (hard to wait) Baked at 375 for 7 mins then snuggled the @ferrerorocherusa in the middle of the almost baked cookies ... another minute of baking. Not bad people!! If I had time I would have drizzled Nutella over the top to complete these babies but it’s a start and an addition to my holiday cookie baking recipes ❤️🍪
