Here is an update on my life since the last time I’ve ever written something like this (lol I use to write like this in 2019 bc i LOVE engaging with my readers): - I quit my 9 to 5 to work on my mental health and to find myself again - I started therapy and I enjoy it - I have lessen my time scrolling on social media and using my time more wisely - I started journaling and a book called “The Body Keeps the Score” - I have been eating well and watching what I eat/drink - I went to lash school and got certified so now I’m studying for my license (yay) so please look out for my model call very soon - I have spent more time with my family and extended family than I ever have before - I meditate 5x a day along with breathing exercises - I allow myself to feel, to be, to do absolutely nothing, to being productive but just as long as I am not feeling guilty - most importantly, I’ve been more kind to myself on days that are the hardest Thank you for being here and for being nothing but good energy to my platform. I just wanted to share this selfie I took. Lately I have been enjoying soft glams. Hopefully one day I will consider sitting at my vanity for more than 3+ hours to create something more. ps.
