Recipe drop !!️Grab our VEGAN Red White and Bleu Grilled Wedge 🥗 and enjoy this beautiful weekend. ☀️ Serves 4 Salad Ingredients: 1 teaspoon safflower or grapeseed oil 1 head organic iceberg lettuce, sliced into fourths Dressing Ingredients: 1 cup Original Vegenaise 1 teaspoon agave 1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt pinch white pepper 1⁄2 container @followyourheart Bleu Cheese Crumbles, divided 6-8 Cherry tomatoes, halved 4-6 radishes, sliced into thin rounds 2 teaspoons fresh chives, finely chopped Directions: Heat barbeque or grill pan over medium high. Brush each wedge of lettuce with oil and place on grill to create char marks, about 1-2 minutes per side. Set aside. For dressing, to a bowl add Vegenaise, agave, mustard, lemon juice, sea salt and pepper. Whisk to incorporate. Add 2 tablespoons Follow Your Heart Bleu Cheese Crumbles and whisk to incorporate. Place lettuce wedges on a salad plate. Top with dressing, large pinch Follow Your Heart Bleu Cheese Crumbles, tomatoes, radishes, and chives. © Spork Foods, 2022
