Philly Cheesesteak Dip: Ingredients: 3 cups peppers, finely diced (about 3 peppers) 1 onion, finely diced 8 ounces deli roast beef, chopped 16 ounces white American cheese, diced 1 (16oz jar) Salsa con queso 1 (8oz) package cream cheese 1-2 tbsp minced garlic 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1 - Add peppers, onions, roast beef, cheese, queso, cream cheese, garlic and Worcestershire sauce to an Instant Pot or Slow Cooker @crockpotbrand 2 - Stir to combine. 3 - For instant pot, cook for 15 minutes on manual/high.
