There’s a reason I’m not a food blogger. My presentation can use some work! Here’s what a typical day of food looks like for me. I keep it simple whenever possible (plus, I have picky kids). I aim for about 85 oz of water. Yes, I eat bananas and potatoes (scandalous, right? 🙄). I’ll cap off my night with a blood orange tea. If I’m up late working and hungry, I’ll have something like cashew yogurt and berries (even better with chocolate shakeology mixed in).
