[ I started this ridiculous thing of waking up at 3:50am and heading to the gym. I took a page out of the book Atomic Habits and said I’d just show up. What I did there was irrelevant. (p.s I’ve been killing it!🤘🏾) I’ve been in an icky mental space and needed that jolt that jumper cables do for cars. I figured showing up for myself in a way I haven’t done before ought to do something, right!?😅 Along the way I’ve been learning about discipline, because it surely takes heaps of it to show up at that ungodly hour!
