All these end-of-year posts are bringing me so much joy! As much as we 💩 on 2024, there were SO MANY good moments and I chose photos that capture some of the best moments for me this year. Groundbreaking, ya se. 😛 I try to keep my social media positive, lighthearted, and playful—but always REAL. Here’s what didn’t make it into the highlight reel but is still very real and very normal: Health struggles, getting fired, not having access to healthcare, silently battling my relationship with food, anxiety, guiding aging parents who don’t listen, religious trauma that lingers, many days of wondering “WTF is the point?”, being afraid of the future, falling into the comparison trap, feeling unworthy. It’s all part of the human experience. At the end of the day, I remind myself that everything is temporary—the good, the bad, and everything in between.
