In advance of the release of our final act of #AmericanBollywood, I wanted to take a moment to trace the act structure through from the beginning. The story’s structure is loosely based on an Indian mythology called The Mahabharata that is told in four acts, and tells the story of my life and experiences. Not only that, for us as a band, it tells our story of reclamation - how we earned the freedom to chase our creative impulses after a 5-album major label deal, and become the arbiters of our own destinies. We hope that you can find some messages to relate to in our personal and group journeys.
