I'm leaving tiktok. I came to take videos this week. and seen a lot comments asking where I have been. it's this app. hasn't been fun or user friendly in such a long time. it's sad too. I have met so many amazing people. I have made some great friends. lots them I added on other platforms so we can stay connected. what ever your 2nd most used app is. go follow me. I put them up on my video. hope to see some of you on the other apps. I also want to say I never stopped weightloss. I am at 490 before spring started. I'm going all out. all of spring. this is only the 2nd new video I posted since spring started. I feel a lot better. I am using wheelchair maybe 5% time. last time used it was yesterday. that was because I have been going to hard on walking and workouts. hurt my foot. but today we are back to not using it. I have been doing 5k steps a day. some days 7.5k. I do morning walks at 630 in morning. ugh. but I do it every day. I have been trying to do more trials and lovong life. I am a college student now. getting great grades. math is hard but it just takes a lot repetition to get it down. but I am getting it. theater class is easy. I wanted to do my first quarter as part time college student to see how well I do. I am doing amazing. I have been coming to terms with my own personal demons. seeing councilor every week. one my favorite things I am doing. getting my teeth fixed. always been a big insecurity for me. I am hoping by summer they'll be good. I'm getting 5 teeth pulled. getting fake teeth. finally getting my tooth that grew in wrong fixed its on my upper lip inside mouth. I have been doing so much to always stay busy. somedays I want to take a break. and just binge for week. but I know once I start binge I won't stop. so anything that isn't improving my life. I am not doing it. that includes social media time. watching TV and playing games. I spent 45 minutes in last week on this app. 45 min in a week. that's amazing for me. it use to be 10 hours a day. I am improving my life across the board. idk how many people read all this. but definitely please follow my other platforms. what ever one you choose. tyvm you're love appreciated and I thank you all.
