I made my first focaccia and it wasn't a failure! I've always wanted to get on the bread making train, but never did it because baking usually doesn't go well for me. So baby steps. Despite following the recipe, I think I used too much oil as it didn't cook in the time it was supposed to, or brown on the top, and my oven was set to the proper temp then got too hot.
