OKAYYYY this upper sesh was simply...SmOkiN! ๐ฎโ๐จ๐๐ฅ One of my favs in a while!! The contraction you get with the 1st exercise is superb! Performing exercises unilateral has really allowed me to squeeze and contract the muscle groups Iโve struggled to โfeelโ.
