As a marketer I hear comments about the pressures of social a lot, and while I say yea show up and do what IG says if you want to keep up, that’s not meant to be at the expense of your mental health. **REMEMBER: These apps are a business. What you’re fed on your feed is BY DESIGN. Its goal is to take your money (as it should be), because it’s a business.
