It's a small reminder for me and others that you have to do simple things to reach the best feeling - when you enjoy your body. A lot of people asked me about my “rules” now and I wanted to say that u won't hear something new from here. Because I don't have any diet or some info that you should pay for. Usually, simple things are the most difficult things. When I was in Bali I was using a motorbike all the time and I didn't walk too much. When I came to Istanbul I lost few kilo straight away just because everyday I walked around 15-20 thousand steps per day. It is my main activity that helps me to keep my shape. Of course I eat sugar and some heavy food. That's why I am trying to go to the gym more often because it should be a balance, right? But! The hardest thing is not let you to eat bad food. We all know how hard it is sometimes. We shouldn’t be so lazy not to take care about our body. We should love it, make more exercises for its quality and strength. But also we are what we eat. I love this feeling when I do my best of taking care of myself and I feel this lightness inside. All I am trying to do for myself - is not to eat a lot of bread, or sugar, less salt, and more water during the day. That's actually it. Seems simple, right? You should feel comfortable in your body. Listen to it more carefully. You should find your own balance. You shouldn't forget that we all are different and someone needs more someone - less. And it's okay! But anyway it's the hardest thing - to work on your body. So keep trying. Yes, it's difficult. But it's possible.
