If you would’ve told me 20 years ago that one day I would train with @therock , I would’ve NEVER believed you. I was a HUGE wrestling fan growing up (never missed a Monday Night Raw) and my favorite wrestler was without a doubt @therock . I even scrapped together pennies from my paper route job to buy his first book ‘The Rock Says’ 22 years ago. 🤯 I have always been inspired by his dedication to his craft, his commitment to being the #hardestworkerintheroom, and his ability to uplift his community. And I was able to experience this firsthand when I trained with him alongside the GOATS @lindseyvonn and @bellswright at #ironparadise It was no joke. We put in WORK. We raised the bar (pun intended 💪🏽) Oh and ya girl stepped outside her comfort zone and hit a barbell squat personal record (peep my proud smile at the end lol).
