Happy April! Spring is just around the corner and I'm packing my schedule full this year. Something new I'm adding this year is a deep dive into honey tasting and pairing with food. If you've ever wanted to know how I taste beyond 'sweet' and decide what barrels to choose for my barrel-aging projects, this would be perfect for you. I'm adding options for tastings with alcoholic beverages and foods. I would cap these at 10 people. I'm available for private or corporate groups. Folks will walk away with a belly full of honey, cheese, meats, breads. Their cheeks sore from smiling and laughing because I'm entertaining as well as educational.
