Oh yes, you have to have the not so pretty moments to achieve the wow factor. You all know that I pretty much have downtime ALL THE TIME! I am an open book and more than thrilled to share my beauty tips with you. 1. Always best to warn your family that you are going to do a procedure so there are no surprises... However I typically forget. Oh well.... 2. Remember to stop any retinol or Retin-A products including glycolic and salicylic acid one week prior to any laser or invasive procedure. 3. Definitely do not get a sunburn or apply self tanner prior to any laser procedure. 4. Allow yourself at least seven days for downtime just in case there are any mild side effects... definitely not great to do before date night! 5.
