The team behind Eleven Madison Park just opened an art bar upstairs named Clemente Bar, where you can enjoy a 90 minute 5-course tasting menu with accompanying cocktails prepared in front of you. We enjoyed a variety of dishes from butternut squash and seitan skewers to cold soba noodles with tomato and Thai basil, but my favorite bite of the meal was the mango sticky rice sundae.
