4 WAYS TO STILL GROW IN 2022
1️⃣ Push Your Body Daily - I can’t stop preaching the importance to move your body daily. So important for our physical and mental health. Incorporating daily exercise and movement sets a different (positive) tone for the day.
2️⃣ Learn To Cook Healthy Foods - The food we consume is the ultimate currency for our body to function the way we want it. Eat shit foods lead to poor performance and productivity; no other way to express how important it is to fuel our bodies with nutrient dense foods.
3️⃣ Focus On Self Development Skills - This one is a huge one for myself and advise all my clients to do the same. It’s important that we work on this part of our life; I call this our primer. Proper primer leads to sharpness and awareness towards our day to day activity. Having the ability to be ready for the occasion and balancing our stress we could face. 10 Minutes of Priming our body and mind is all we need per day. Read self development books, journal and keep positive.
4️⃣ Be Adventurous - it’s important that with all the work we put in that we explore and enjoy what the world has to offer. From taking spontaneous trips across the world to going on a hike to your local trail. Our mind and body needs this as a RESET to comeback strong AF
