Ever since my Disney college program in 2017, I’ve had this little tradition where I’d mark a memory with a pin and take a picture of it in the place it represents. It’s almost like I’m “dropping a pin” there in real life - A reminder of where I’ve been 📍 Many of y’all know that @disney means the world to me (they’re my one and only dream partnership!! 😉) and I was reminded this weekend of how inspiring it is to witness such dedication to non-stop, mind-blowing innovation. As I’ve spent these past few months reflecting on my life & work while preparing for my next season, I’m so grateful for this reminder to continue to reimagine what it can look like to pursue justice in community. To not rush to keep up with culture, but to find more creative ways to influence & improve it... to not be afraid to blaze trails & pave ways... remembering where we’ve been while focusing on where we’re going!! I also loved watching my fiancé’s face as he experienced all of this Disney magic for the first time!!
