Proud to say I’m a Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki I + II (and now Master) graduate by the International Center for Reiki Training @icrtofficial. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It works by balancing the energy centers in the body, allowing energy to flow, bringing one back into balance and alignment. Follow along at @lauren_eve_healing.
