Fabiano Borré at Fazenda Progresso is an innovator, anchor of the community, and the leader of his family's farms in the Chapada Diamantina region. To the west is Chácara São Judas Tadeu just outside the town of Piatã. We stroll the farm with Antonio Rigno who is one of the most decorated farmers in Brazilian Cup of Excellence history. Quality comes from his commitment to tending to each area of the land and keeping a watchful eye over his closely guarded post-processing secrets.
Finally, we end our journey in Bahia with a coffee quality legend, Silvio Leite. Silvio is one of the founders of the Cup of Excellence program, and his new project, Fazenda Cerca de Pedra São Benedito is sure to deliver some exciting coffees.
