AIDA World Championships and VB have come to an end. 2 big comps and 1 more World Championship to go in Kas, Turkey starting the 1st of October. . Although I will keep training, for now I would like to take a few days to decompress, relax and enjoy diving without pushing depth. I enjoy the competitions, however it can sometimes be mentally taxing and I think it is important to have fun with diving in general. It is important to find joy in the things we love so that we don't burn ourselves out. . Even on rest days, I find joy in exploring different places or engaging in other forms of less strenuous diving. This is a photo from a certain little 🦐 cave in the Bahamas during Vertical Blue. .
