Rosaluna is quite simple - to share the magic of mezcal. It’s a mystical spirit that has the power to bring people together. Rosaluna is in many ways the manifestation of my friendship with Nate. We came up with the idea for Rosaluna shortly after becoming friends. This project is a reflection of that years-long journey. From trips around the world to early AM workouts to all-day work sessions to all-night raves to conversations about every imaginable topic. Rosaluna represents our shared love for many things: friends, equality (and the fight for it), music, plants, travel, design, women, Mx. We’ve covered each other through valleys (2018/2019 was a low for me) and celebrated wins - big and small - together. Life has progressed, we’ve evolved, the one constant has been our bond. Today isn’t a “notable” moment, but I woke up feeling like the luckiest person in the world because I get to do life - every aspect - with my best friend. I’ve approached this project with a sense of lightness, fluidity, and ease that allows me to be play at my best. There’s no pressure. It actually feels easy. This is because we’ve already won. To my brother .. the feeling is gratitude and the link is eternal. LFG.
