Last week, I turned 4️⃣0️⃣! 💛🎉 . . I posted on my personal Facebook page, but felt compelled to say again right here with y’all: If you would have told me in the beginning of the year — as I set my resolutions, thought about the many things I wanted to improve upon and accomplish, and the moments I looked forward to as 40 closed in, in 2020 — that June 18th would have brought being 30 weeks pregnant through a pandemic, I would’ve told you you’re crazy! . . But here we are, crazy together. 🤪 And you know what, through the growing pains of the year, and through all of the challenges we are all facing during what has certainly been the most unpredictable year of our lives — I am committed to gratitude and accountably. They are my mid-year resolutions and my mantra for 40. They are also my pieces of peace, and two things I can always be in control of! . . I would love to know how this year has impacted you, and a thing or two that YOU have been committed to to find peace or sanity through the unpredictable, or something that you like more about yourself as you have grown older! . . 💛, Gina
