So excited for our @coldplunge!!! Experienced the true effects this morning by doing some hot yoga followed by a dip in my plunge🥶❄️ I’ve done cold pools before but my reaction will always be the same. 😄 It’s so cold but SO worth it. The effects of this have been incredible—I’ve noticed increased energy levels, pain relief, better sleep, reduced inflammation and improved circulation.
