The team behind some of my favorite spots in the city—The Nines, Le Dive, and Deux Chats—just opened a Milan-style spritz bar, and it’s absolutely stunning. Vintage posters, checkered tiles, and warm lighting that feels like golden hour. Aperitivo-style menu: the tuna’s a great start (wish it was a bit thicker haha), the cacio e pepe is amazing, and the branzino is melt-in-your-mouth tender.
