We want to take this opportunity to highlight a few of the wonderful people who teach in BMoCA's education programs: Educator Spotlight on Reid Portscheller: I am excited to meet artists of all ages and make art with them! In my own artwork, I love animals and they make frequent appearances in my work. Reid teaches our Contemporary Classroom program for K-12 students. Educator Spotlight on Elizabeth Stanbro: My goal is to reach older adults in limiting circumstances who would otherwise not have access to quality art programming. I have worked with marginalized populations for most of my career as an art educator. Elizabeth teaches our SPARK! programs for seniors with memory loss. Educator Spotlight on Gabi Scott: I am always excited to hear from participants about how happy they are to have found out about our SPARK program. Having the sense that we are making connections and meeting people where they are with contemporary art is very fulfilling.
