I hella struggle with turns and spins 💫 In my first practice session after class, I actually said aloud “omg I can’t do this” when I fell. Turns are just as much of a mental as a physical challenge for me and there I was, psyching myself out. And for what? No one was even watching me 🤷🏻‍♀️ So in my next session, I had to say aloud “it’s okay, you’re here to learn”. slow down. breathe. just enjoy the moment. If I’m not learning and then what’s the point of class 😂 SO this is not perfect, but now I can look back and say YES I DID THAT✨ so thank you Amanda for creating a space for us to challenge ourselves and embody our character!
