We’ve got big (like, the biggest) news. Our very own @kimptonmaalaibangkok has officially beaten the Guinness World Record for the world’s largest Negroni! The cocktail, led and developed by Bar and Beverage Manager Stan Andruskevic, officially weighed in at 633.5 (167 gallons) – in a massive ice mold, no less – beating the last record of 504 liters. In honor of Negroni Week, here’s their recipe for a (albeit much smaller) Negroni you can make at home: NEGRONI SPRITZ · .5oz Campari · .5oz Gin · .5oz sweet vermouth · 1-2 tbsp mango syrup · 1oz prosecco · Soda water Add all ingredients into a wine glass, add ice, top up with Prosecco and soda water, gently stir to mix all ingredients together.
