We live in a world that praises hustle and I’m guilty for that. But there is a difference between being busy and being fulfilled. As my life speeds up in so many ways lately I’m having to take steps back to ask myself if I’m saying yes to “me” or to “them”. I’ve always preached saying yes to every opportunity, but as I’ve started to live life differently I know that my time, energy and peace need boundaries.
