High highs and low lows. This year brought a mixture of good days and some pretty tough ones. The hard days are never captured, but I assure you they exist. The power of the “both/and” provides space for a variety of feelings and experiences, allowing two things to be true at once. I’m incredibly grateful for the wins and the losses, strike that, the LESSONS this year has provided me. I spent hours sifting through videos of these moments (many of which seem like a lifetime ago), and as I did, I stopped and made a promise to myself to pause and honor each day as it comes without focusing too intently on what the next day might hold. 2022 you were so good to me - I’m sad to see you go. I won’t hold my breath questioning what surprises/challenges our next trip around the sun will bring, but rather, I’ll remind myself to stay present in the space that lives between sun up and sun down. The beautiful thing about not knowing what’s next, is that anything can then be next. Cheers to 2023, the land of infinite possibility💫
