Try setting your alarm half an hour earlier so you can start your day by doing something for you. This helps preoccupy your mind and puts less pressure on jumping out of bed and straight into work.
If you work from home, try taking yourself to a coffee shop for a change of environment. It not only feels like a treat, but it also helps to be around like minded people, especially if you work for yourself.
