Give OUT Day ended on June 30th, and because of the amazing generosity of people like you, we not only hit our goal of $10,000, for the first time ever we surpassed it! Not only did we raise $11,000 through Give Out Day, we received an amazingly generous grant of $25,000 from our local Amazon center! That brings the total to $36,000!!! These funds will go a long way in advancing the critical work of the Trans Medical Needs Fund. We will be able to continue to supply our Q-Closet with items like chest binders, prosthetics, and body-shape wear. We will also be able to adjust our giving cap from $500 to $1,000 per applicant, per year. Funds will help support hotel and travel bills while seeking gender affirming specialists and surgeons out of town, or help cover the income gap when recovering from gender affirming surgery. We cannot even begin to express the joy and gratitude our team has experienced by all the amazing support and love we were given through June 2022.
