Sweet Rehab’s French pastry masterclass was one of the most efficient and enjoyable cooking classes I’ve ever taken! In 2.5 hours we made Pavlova and Linzer Tarts with every component (chantilly, diplomat, jams, meringue, and more) made from scratch.
