1 Package #Biscoff Cookies 6 TBSP Butter (Melted) 1 Jar Cookie Butter (14oz) 1/2 Block Cream Cheese (4oz) 1 Cup Confectioners Sugar Instructions: 1) Grind/crush ALL cookies in blender 2) Set ASIDE a few TBSP of Crushed #Cookies and Roughly 2 Tablespoons of Melted Butter 3) Mix together Remaining Crushed Cookies and Melted Butter (4 TBSP). Pour mixture into 8x8 tin - press down to make crust. 4) Melt Biscoff cookie butter in Microwave--smooth out over crust (Save for a little for the top), FREEZE 20 minutes. 5) While that freezes, mix cream cheese & remaining butter (2 TBSP) - once smooth, add Confectioner's sugar, mix until smooth. 6) Scoop onto frozen base & smooth out the top. 7) Drizzle remaining Cookie butter and draw lines through with knife ... sprinkle remaining crushed cookies around edges. 8) Put in fridge, let set 1 hour.
