If Monday had a face... It’s a new week! We’re offering tips to motivate your Monday! 1: Go to bed early and limit screen time! Ugh, we should have said that last night, and now you’re scrolling online to read these tips. Moving on... 2: Wake up early! Darn it, it’s already the afternoon. There’s always Tuesday. 3: Have a morning routine. Check the NPS social channels. Ask yourself, did I win the powerball? 4: If you answered no to the last question, time to make a schedule and get organized. Don’t forget to pencil in lunch. Is 10am too early? Asking for an owl? 5: Engage in physical activity. But yawning is an activity. Touché 6: Take breaks. Never hurts (beware of tumbling out of the nest) to stretch your wings or “pour yourself a cup of ambition and yawn and stretch and try to come to life...” 7: Create a list of goals for week. This can help boost your overall sense of motivation and overall morale. This list was going to be 10 tips, but, ya know. 8: Why was Carol’s video not on for the morning call?
