10 Minute Peanut Udon 🥜😍 Make sure you SAVE this recipe and turn your volume up for some epic noodle ASMR 🤤
Ingredients:
2 servings udon (I used shelf stable but you can use frozen too)
2 tbsp peanut butter
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
Splash of dark soy sauce, for colour (optional)
1.5 tsp sugar
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp chilli crisp/oil, or more to taste
1 heaped tsp grated ginger
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Method:
1. Cook the noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of the water. Rinse noodles with cold water then set aside.
2. In a bowl, combine all of your sauce ingredients and mix well. Slowly add in the reserved water 1 tbsp at a time to thin out the sauce.
3. Add in the cooked udon and mix well until evenly coated.
4. To serve, garnish with sesame seeds, peanuts and green onion. Pair with veggies and your choice of protein for a complete meal. Enjoy! 🥢
