One of those places that you just have to see in person.
I can say that about pretty much every place I went to in Utah (Utah is seriously unreal...how have I not visited sooner?!), but Dead Horse Point State Park in particular really struck a chord with me. Maybe it was the fact that it was the first time I had seen a canyon like this, but there was also an unexpected atmosphere about this place that just left me speechless.
We shot sunrise for over an hour here with the weather changing every 10 minutes. We got all kinds of conditions: stormy clouds, 20mph+ winds, intense sun rays, and finally snow. The low clouds/fog you see in the distance were actually snow flurries coming in.
