You can’t do it alone, it takes a team to build you up especially after a long fall. I’ve been extremely fortunate to be surrounded by amazing people, coaches, mentors and friends. I’ll single out one person in particular who has changed my life for the better in more ways than one. Not only does he keep me moving, motivated and aware of my limitations but he pushes me to be better everyday both physically and mentally. You are the company you keep and if you want to progress and elevate your game, surround yourself with professionals.
