Beef Kebabs - With the help of @wusthof knives!� This recipe is one of my favourites from @cheftomkerridge outdoor cooking book 500g Sirloin / Striploin Steak 2 Cloves of Garlic Grated 2.5cm piece of fresh ginger grated. 1 Tbsp Maggi liquid seasoning 4 Tbsp vegetable oil 2 Red Peppers 2 Green Peppers Spice Mix - 80g dry roasted peanuts, crushed & chopped 1 Tbsp Paprika 1 Tbsp Chilli powder 1 Tbsp Garlic Salt 1 Tbsp Onion Powder 1 Tsp Ground Ginger 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon 1/2 Tsp cracked black pepper 1/2 Tsp Salt 1/4 Tsp Allspice Cabbage Salad - 350g White Cabbage, finely shredded 1 Red onion, finely sliced 4 Spring Onions, finely sliced 1 Large Handful of Parsley, chopped 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Juice of 2 limes Pinch of Salt & Pepper Make the Spice Mix Cut Steak into 1-2" sized pieces Place in a Bowl - add the ginger, garlic & 2/3 of the spice mix with 2tbsp of oil. Combine and set aside for at least 1 hour. Skewer together to make kebabs. Grill over medium / high heat. Combine salad ingredients in a bowl. Once the kebabs are cooked dust with the remaining spice mix. Serve with lime wedges.
