Truth be told - right now I feel I am so focused on the girls and this baby to be - that much of my present identity is wrapped up in making sure they know how capable, powerful and worthy they are (and will be — girl or boy) — and, to treat and communicate that to themselves, each other, and to those around them, every day. Equally as important, I am also focused on showing Parker and Addison how important it is to walk alongside one another, and other women. As I do believe in leading by example - it’s not that I’ve forgotten about myself as I instill in them this pursuit - it’s just, behind them is where I am feeling most empowered right now.
