I think there’s some stuff we should all pay more attention to. The way we're all living now during this pandemic is a very real glimpse of what our future might hold for us. Most people are unintentionally selfish, it's not easy to fully understand the effects of our actions until we all learn about them. The best thing we can all do is become educated on the effects of our actions (what we buy/consume/what companies we support/who we vote for/etc.) Things won't change overnight and a pandemic shouldn’t be the reason earth gets a fresh breath of air. it's only until we all start getting educated that gradual change will take its place. What you buy or what you do has an impact throughout the whole world we hear that everywhere but it’s become almost meaningless. it’s only until the effects reach our hometown that we start shifting our attention to what matters and working together. Being informed about the effects of our actions should be just as culturally driven as plenty of other things on the internet. Anyways the sad truth is that the people who understand this, aren't the ones who need to hear this, and the people who do need to hear this probably never will
