*Theres something you should know about shopping the luxury market. Did you know that luxury brands can release the same exact product, for example shoes and have them made in different countries or factories? This, majority of the time affects the fit and quality. These shoes are a great example. I bought these weeks apart. The beige and black feel like a luxury shoe. The quality and fit are there. They feel soft and are a pleasure to wear. The grey feel like a £50 high street shoe. They are hard, stiff and give me terrible blisters. It could be the difference in the leather (and made in the same place) but usually it’s been made at a different factory. It gets more complicated. Sometimes the same colours can be affected. For example. Last summer; my friend and I bought the same CHANEL sandals (same colour) mine fit like a glove and so comfy. Hers cut her feet to pieces and felt different. Be careful when you ask someone “are they comfy”. My black ones are but the grey aren’t. It wouldn’t surprise me if someone had a black pair and they felt stiff. Try on the shoes before you buy and bear this in mind. No hate to CHANEL, I clearly adore these shoes. Just an honest observation across most luxury brands that I wanted to share.
