WHAT A YEAR IT HAS BEEN @tend.__ 🤯⬇️ I posted this on my story today and the amount of messages I have received I just cannot 😭😭 the change in me the last two years not just physically but mentally have been crazy. Becoming a whole new person who is happier in themself but I have struggled so much also in accepting the new person that I am! Like I said I have lost relationships which I feel a crippling amount of guilt for but I have found a whole new appreciation and gratitude for my other relationships. It’s took some time - especially this past 6 weeks where I have had to have some therapy with @tend.__ who has pulled me out of the pits quite literally! She has made me realise and accept that I am actually still me, and I am a good friend/ daughter/ sister/ wife/ auntie and most importantly a human 🤎
