Easy peasy folded eggs with San Daniele Prosciutto and chilli flakes ❤️ All ingredients were bought from @theleafstore in Armadale, my new local. They are also located in Elwood (the OG) and Hawthorn. If you are looking for premium staple and grocery products to elevate your cooking, give @theleafstore a visit and see for yourself ❤️ 2 eggs Tbsp of cream Tbsp butter 2 slices san Daniele prosciutto Sourdough bread Drizzle of olive oil Chilli flakes Cracked black pepper & salt Whisk eggs with cream, salt (not too much as when the prosciutto is cooked it releases a lot of saltiness) and pepper. Set aside. In a large non-stick frying pan, crisp up prosciutto. Toast the bread, then coat in the prosciutto fat and drizzle with olive oil if desired. In a clean, small frying pan, melt butter, pour in eggs and wait until edges set.
