Forest bathing is something I do a lot and have been doing for years. Cold plunging, however, is a newer activity for me... both activities have been shown to lower anxiety, blood pressure, cortisol levels (the stress hormone) and inflammation.
Whether it’s taking 30 minutes to an hour to go and walk in nature or just a few minutes to practice cold water exposure, you mind and body will thank you for it. I’ve felt it for myself 💚
