The last few days I’ve been focused on decluttering everything in my house and not just makeup. It’s a bit overwhelming when you realize that you have so much shit!!! It sort of took a toll on me mentally thinking do I really need so many possessions in my life. I just sold our piano the other day and the kids were extremely affected by it’s absence. 🎹 I also just gave away some more eyeshadow palettes to my kid’s friend. Made me realize that I should really focus on using some older palettes and get pickier on what I purchase. That’s why I pulled out the Mary Jane palette. I think I’ve only used it twice. 🙈🙈🙈 On a whole different topic - I’ve been seriously wondering why I post on IG. I started out wanting to hit 1K so I could sign up for Octoly. Now I feel like it’s a hassle. If I do end up receiving something, it arrives so late that I don’t have the time to give an honest review on the product. I know I’m rambling but all these thoughts have been occupying my time. 🙄😬😬 What are your thoughts about makeup consumption? How do you approach IG in terms of what it means to you?
