Have you ever had a pancake sheet cake before. They are so quick and easy to make. Make your pancake mixture from scratch or like me grab your favorite pre-mix. You are going to want to line a sheet pan or if you’ve got a really great one then use that and add your full mixture to the sheet pan. I added chocolate sauce into the mixture which you could ask jam or peanut butter think out the box. Bake at 180° until cooked evenly. Then add chocolate topping or whatever you like and I added some sprinkles as well.
